Through our mobility projects, we send our trainees but also members of our teaching staff abroad to carry out their training/apprenticeship or best practice exchanges.

Osengo Europe guides the beneficiary in his or her mobility project from the selection stage, through the preparation for departure, the follow-up during the stay abroad and the assessment on return from mobility; with the aim of consolidating and adding value to his or her professional career through an internship adapted to his or her needs and recognised by professionals. The accompaniment is reinforced by the support of the European partner on site. However, the participant remains the actor of his project at each stage of his mobility.

VOLEO
Presentation
VOLEO offered learning mobility to 5 vocational training trainees in certification/qualification training in the hotel and catering sector at levels EQP - III and IV:
- 1 learner in hotel reception for a 3 week placement in Greece in September 2019;
- 1 hotel reception learner for a 3-week placement in Spain in October-November 2019;
- 2 kitchen learners for a 2-week placement in Italy in November 2019;
- 1 hotel reception learner for a 3-week placement in Greece in January 2020.
Objectifs
It aims to enable apprentices to develop their professional and cross-cutting skills; to communicate in a foreign language; to engage in a project (identify their assets, plan ahead, be autonomous); to become involved in social life (manage conflicts, participate as a citizen, be at ease in relationships with others, etc.); to promote a qualitative and faster integration into the labour market and improve the quality of vocational training and support towards employment. ); to promote a better and faster integration into the labour market and to improve the quality of vocational training and support towards employment.

VOLEO 2
Presentation
This project offers 2-week professional mobility to apprentices of the CFA and UFA of the Osengo group in the sectors of catering, health and social services, digital technology and the tertiary sector at CEC III and IV levels.

AUDACE +3
Presentation
This project is supported by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Regional Council, in consortium with the partners Missions locales and Pôle Emploi agencies in the region. Osengo Europe is in charge of the operational follow-up. AUDACE+3 is intended for jobseekers who encounter difficulties in entering the labour market and managing their transition to working life. AUDACE+3 offers 8-week professional mobility in Europe.
Objectifs
It aims to enable jobseekers to develop their professional and transversal skills; to communicate in a foreign language; to take control of their personal and professional project; to strengthen their employability; to reactivate their interest in new learning; to feel like a European citizen; to develop their aptitude for regional, national, European or even international geographical mobility; and to promote their access to employment or training leading to a qualification/diploma
